About These Terms

These terms explain the general basis on which Mapivo provides website information and Google Business Profile optimisation services. Business owner to add legal trading name, legal entity and address.

Website Information

The information on this website is provided for general guidance. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but it should not be treated as legal, financial or platform-specific advice.

Services

Mapivo provides done-for-you Google Business Profile optimisation and local visibility support. The exact work included will be agreed before payment or service delivery begins.

No Ranking Guarantees

Mapivo does not guarantee Google rankings, leads, customers, revenue or any particular commercial outcome. The service is intended to improve profile completeness, professionalism, trust and manageability.

Access and Ownership

Where profile access is needed, customers should add Mapivo as a Manager rather than sharing passwords. The customer remains responsible for ownership of their Google Business Profile.

Pricing and Payment

The Done-For-You Google Visibility Pack is advertised as a one-off £149 service with no monthly contract. Business owner to add payment method, due date, refund terms and any circumstances where extra work may be quoted separately.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, suitable photos where relevant, timely feedback and any access required to complete agreed work.

Third-Party Platforms

Google Business Profile is operated by Google. Mapivo is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, moderation decisions or other actions taken by Google or other third-party platforms.

Liability

Business owner to obtain legal advice and add appropriate liability wording for the business structure, insurance cover and services offered.
